My name is Avery, I am 22 years old and also pictured with me is my boy Emmett! Emmett is a Czech Republic working line German Shepherd. Here’s a little bit about me and my experience!

I have 8 yrs of experience working with a variety of dog breeds. I started out as a kennel assistant at a no kill shelter and worked with the dogs for a couple years. After the years went on I had graduated high school, and began college at Animal Behavior College while working as a full time waitress and a veterinary technician assistant.

During a period of my college career, I completed a mentorship with an amazing dog trainer for over 6 years. So, since then some time has gone by, I have begun my own business as a professional dog trainer here in Indiana and surrounding states! I am a soul/relationship based dog trainer and use a scientific based approach with positive reinforcement when training! Meaning creating a good relationship with your dog is very important to me and is definitely important for the training process! I am experienced in many different training methods that are used according to your dog's specific training needs, and your needs as the owner(s) as well!

I’m ready to help all dog owners create an amazing bond and relationship with their dogs, while adding in basic obedience and solving simple problem behaviors in your home! I specialize in all things puppy training (ages birth - 4 years) however, I do accept all ages! Old dogs CAN learn new tricks!!
