Joe and I were married in 2000 & started our family of K9's it has expanded to a pack over time with volunteering for rescues and adopting a few of our foster dogs. Our dogs have saved our lives, have made our lives joyful, memorable, and filled with so much love it is unimaginable. Joe has dog experience going back to childhood with hunting beagles and then doing field trials and conformation with his dog Rusty.
I really didn't know I was a crazy dog lover until Joe who opened my eyes to a whole new life. We volunteered for HART Homeless Animal Rescue Team of Cincinnati where I was a board member. Without volunteering our life today would not be the same. We will continue to volunteer with local rescues and will strive for making animals lives better. Together we have six dogs so purchasing K9 Country Club was just fate

Joe and Amy are the owners of K9 who will treat your K9 as if he or she is family. The Ball family is made up of Joe who has had dogs his whole entire life growing up w/ beagles. Joe started his family with a Weimerainer who now lives with is mother-in-law Norma. Abbie and Norma spends her day cooking chicken for Abbie then taking her on car rides.
Abbie lives the life of luxury now. Joe also had started his family with a Vizsla Rusty who has since crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Please see our Member page for the Rainbow Bridge for all of our loved K9's that will be in our Hearts forever.
Amy also grew up with family dogs and couldn't wait to grow up and have her own dog. So it was just natural when Amy & Joe got married that they started out their K9 family. Amy fell in love with the Vizsla Breed from Rusty and then they grow the family with Iris, then Nutmeg, then Razzberry. Joe and Amy started doing voluntary animal rescue in 2003. It wouldn't be rare for the Ball family to have up to eight sick rescue dogs at a time in their home. Joe and Amy are truly dog people, dog lovers. From doing the rescue work the family grew, yes they know they are a little dog crazy.
Mabel and Freckles are litter sisters English Coonhounds who were adopted by the Balls, first there were four litter mates and they all got adopted except for Mabel who had been kicked as a puppy & had to have her femur cut so she could walk. Freckles was in nine different homes until she found her way back to the Balls who said enough was enough and Freckles was adopted by Amy & Joe to live happily with her beloved sister Mabel.

Since the Balls fell in love with coonhounds they also rescued Hank who was so sick and skinny he put on 40 lbs since being with the Balls who had to feed him by hand, the trick was chicken noodle soup that finally made Hank start to eat on his own. So the Ball family is completely crazy yes but complete just the same.
